Delivery Time
Once your order is confirmed, we will carefully prepare and dispatch your products.
- Inside Dhaka: 24–48 hours
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
- Customized Orders: Customized products may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Our delivery charges are based on your delivery location and parcel weight:
- Inside Dhaka: ৳100
- Outside Dhaka: ৳130
- Additional Weight: For parcels weighing more than 1 kg, an additional ৳20 per extra kg will be added to the applicable delivery charge.
Check Your Order Upon Delivery
We carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. However, we strongly recommend checking your parcel while the delivery person is present.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact NYRISA immediately while the delivery person is still present. This allows us to assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide the available tracking information so you can stay updated on your delivery.
